A1 Garage Door Service is looking for an experienced and strategic

Marketing Manager, Acquisitions & Greenfields

to lead marketing initiatives that drive growth across new and expanding markets. This role is a key player in how we grow — developing and executing go-to-market plans for

greenfield launches

while integrating and optimizing marketing efforts for

newly acquired brands .

You’ll oversee strategy and execution for a portfolio that includes

A1 Garage, Don’s Garage, Garage Door Doctor, and Welborn Garage Doors , supporting more than

30 markets nationwide . The right person brings both creativity and data-driven decision-making, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can balance hands‑on execution with strategic leadership.

What You’ll Do Greenfield Market Expansion

Develop and execute full-funnel marketing plans to launch and grow new markets

Conduct research to understand local trends, customer behavior, and growth potential

Identify and test the right mix of digital and traditional marketing channels by market

Manage vendor relationships and budget allocation to drive brand awareness and lead volume

Acquisition Integration

Lead the marketing integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth transitions

Align messaging, creative, and campaigns with A1’s brand standards and customer acquisition goals

Oversee updates to all brand assets — websites, social media, Google Business Profiles, press releases, and acquisition checklists

Multi-Channel Campaign Management

Partner with subject-matter experts to manage SEO, SEM, paid social, and direct mail campaigns

Tailor messaging and creative for each market while maintaining overall brand cohesion

Track lead flow and optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI

Performance & ROI

Measure campaign performance across all channels

Report on marketing impact, lead performance, and key growth metrics

Use data to adjust strategy in real time and improve return on investment

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with

Sales and Operations

to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Support regional leaders on localized campaigns that drive market penetration

Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent execution across markets

Brand Consistency

Maintain unified brand messaging across all channels and markets

Ensure alignment with A1’s brand voice and private‑equity‑backed growth strategy

Budget & Resource Management

Build and manage marketing budgets for both new market launches and acquisitions

Optimize spend across channels and campaigns for maximum effectiveness

What You Bring

5+ years in growth or multi‑market marketing, ideally with acquisition or greenfield experience

Proven success building and scaling marketing strategies across multiple locations or brands

Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels

Data‑driven approach with experience using analytics to guide strategy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
