You Are You are an experienced Analog IC Designer with deep expertise in high‑speed IO, PHY, and analog circuits. You excel at developing physical IP, thrive in dynamic environments, and communicate well with cross‑functional teams. Your technical knowledge and leadership skills make you a key contributor to project success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reviewing UCIe and other Die‑to‑Die (D2D) standards to develop novel transceiver architectures and sub‑block specifications.
Investigating and architecting new circuit solutions that address bottlenecks, driving revolutionary improvements in power, area, and performance.
Designing, developing, and evaluating analog circuits for high‑speed Die‑to‑Die interconnect IP.
Conducting system modeling, margin analysis, and jitter analysis to ensure robust and reliable circuit designs.
Collaborating across global teams and projects to streamline design and verification strategies, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Overseeing PHY‑level physical layout, minimizing parasitics, device stress, and process variations for optimal performance.
Presenting simulation data and design results in internal and external forums, including industry panels and customer reviews.
Documenting design features and test plans, ensuring clear communication and traceability.
Consulting on electrical characterization of D2D IP products, analyzing customer silicon data, and proposing post‑silicon enhancements.
Mentoring and training global design team members, building best‑in‑class Die‑to‑Die interconnect solutions across technology nodes.
Conducting design reviews and providing technical guidance to junior engineers in a highly matrixed global organization.
Staying updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in your designs.

Experience with design and verification tools, plus scripting languages.
