We are seeking a
Senior Interior Designer
with over ten years of professional experience, including a minimum of
five years dedicated to luxury residential design . The ideal candidate will bring a refined aesthetic sensibility, exceptional technical proficiency, and proven experience leading complex, design-driven projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously, with the support of a design team.
Produce and oversee comprehensive
AutoCAD drawing sets , ensuring clarity, accuracy, and design intent throughout documentation.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and technical direction.
Manage project schedules, FFE specifications, material palettes, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, maintaining strong communication and attention to detail at every stage.
Source and specify materials and finishes, building and maintaining strong relationships with
domestic and international vendors .
Balance
vintage and contemporary design sensibilities , integrating historical British references and bespoke details into timeless interiors.
Ensure design consistency, quality, and cohesion across all deliverables.
Requirements
10+ years
of professional interior design experience, with at least
5 years in luxury residential
projects.
Strong technical skills in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Studio Designer .
Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
Deep understanding of design history, materials, and craftsmanship,
particularly within a British or European context.
Confident presenting to clients and managing multiple project stakeholders.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing luxury residential projects, highlighting both design creativity and technical execution.
