Position Overview We have an exciting opportunity to support the rapid growth of our Home Office in Austin, TX! Reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising & Visual Experience, the Senior Manager of VM Presentation will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of all brand presentation initiatives, ensuring a cohesive, compelling, and consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams including creative, marketing, product development, merchandising, planning and allocation, and retail to deliver innovative brand experiences that align with the Kendra Scott objectives and enhance consumer engagement.

High Level Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Execution

Lead the creation and execution of brand presentation strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns and corporate communications across the Retail Channel.

Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and strategies to ensure a consistent brand message across all retail locations.

Manage and mentor team ensuring high‑quality output and alignment with brand standards.

Project Management

Oversee multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing Operations, Product, Visual Operations and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling across Retail touchpoints.

Trend & Consumer Insights

Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to inform brand presentation strategies and make data‑driven decisions.

Performance Tracking

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand presentation, including consumer engagement, sales impact and market growth, to guide future strategies.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Utilize strong business acumen to make thoughtful & strategic decisions that lead to creative solutions.

Develop clear visual merchandising strategies each season to ensure product stories continue to propel the business forward.

Develop and maintain a clear understanding of seasonal objectives and current state of the business. Ensure all work supports the priorities and goals of Kendra Scott.

Identify gaps in processes within Retail VM to create brand efficiencies and effectiveness.

Own seasonal window styling & field direction to protect message clarity for retail teams.

Own all seasonal correspondence communicated to the fleet including creation of seasonal sets, development of Visual & Window Presentation Directives, in‑season management communication, promotional activity & all VM updates.

Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with Retail, Creative, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Marketing Operations, Retail Operations to influence product assortments & levels, drive effective communication, identify missed opportunities within processes to drive efficiencies & effectiveness.

Work alongside Merchandising, Planning & Allocation to create pre‑season strategies.

Ensure product assortments are supported according to varying store layouts & profiles.

Manage assortment changes throughout the product pipeline to ensure visual strategies remain intact and maintain cohesiveness season to season.

Own end‑to‑end Retail process in conjunction with Marketing & Creative teams to ensure all timelines are being met.

Conduct walkthroughs with leaders at all levels, clearly communicating visual merchandising strategies and sharing seasonal presentations.

Partner with cross functional teams to ensure our seasonal store experience is communicated and protected throughout the product pipeline process and comes to life seamlessly across our fleet.

Develop strong partnerships with Field Visual counterparts to ensure fleetwide consistency & quality in store presentations ensuring field needs are met.

Use business acumen and persuasive skillset to spark creative thinking and have meaningful dialogue with business partners that challenges the status‑quo and evolves as well as elevates each season.

Leads seasonal windows styling & resource development, including presentation guides and Flagship elevations.

Creates product and customer‑obsessed, end‑to‑end experiences that speak to our target customer segments to help deliver a measurable business impact.

Ideal Candidate

Product‑obsessed visual merchandiser with a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in both field and corporate settings.

Strong fashion styling sense with impeccable taste level and the ability to incorporate new trends into visual projects.

Highly creative critical thinker and problem solver who is familiar with developing smart solutions on limited resources.

Strong leader that builds partnerships and uses persuasive skillset to influence decision making.

Keen eye and meticulous attention to details.

Ability to take feedback and work through ambiguity.

Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand presentation strategies in a retail or consumer‑facing environment.
