Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams to define, design, create, and maintain core administrator and end‑user documentation.

Work effectively with a globally distributed team and stakeholders across time zones.

Deliver clear, concise, and user‑friendly documentation for IT administrators and end‑users.

Research and learn PingOne DaVinci and related products to ensure accurate, comprehensive content.

Translate complex technical concepts related to identity verification, MFA, and secure access into easily understandable content, including real‑life examples and use cases for PingID deployments.

Author in AsciiDoc within a Docs‑as‑Code environment using IntelliJ IDE and GitHub.

Follow the software development life cycle to anticipate and meet documentation needs.

Qualifications

4–7+ years of technical writing experience.

Experience documenting complex software, preferably identity‑and‑access‑management or security products.

Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently.

Rapid learning of new, unfinished software.

Exposure to software development or Agile practices.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Deep understanding of administrator and end‑user workflows.

Preferred Experience

Documenting AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity or identity verification.

Building, installing, configuring, and debugging client‑ and server‑side software.

Documenting IAM applications for power users and end‑users, especially authentication flows or provisioning.

Experience with iOS and Android mobile interfaces.

Direct experience with PingOne DaVinci, PingOne Protect, PingOne Verify, or other Ping Identity products.

Salary Salary Range: $96,500–$115,940. In Colorado, compensation is adjusted per the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19‑085).
