What we are offering

Competitive base salary + commission!

Streak Attendance Bonus – earn up to $3,000 a year!

Referral Bonus – $750 for full‑time employee referrals and $375 for part‑time referrals.

Position Summary Lead and direct all aspects of marketing to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy goals, while driving monthly and annual sales targets.

Essential Functions

Direct all sales and marketing activities to meet and exceed budgeted occupancy goals.

Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of assisted living and memory care.

Respond to and follow up with all walk‑ins, phone‑ins, and mail‑ins in a timely manner.

Create, plan, and implement events with the Sales and Marketing Team to attract prospective residents and professionals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and care‑providers.

Maintain knowledge of all relevant software programs.

Participate in weekend call coverage as part of ranked rotation.

Secure required number of budgeted move‑ins and achieve net gains each month.

Treat each inquiry with value and thoroughness.

Collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, and Regional Director of Operations on quarterly marketing plans.

Create and implement a strong community outreach program to generate referrals.

Complete quarterly media planning with current vendors.

Keep Executive Director informed of sales activities daily.

Maintain Lead Status Reports for move‑ins and move‑outs weekly.

Communicate any special needs of incoming residents to appropriate personnel.

Manage use of sales toolbox.

Ensure all alternatives are considered before closing a lead.

Stay informed of industry trends and developments.

Understand the needs of seniors and the aging process.

Maintain an active, meaningful waitlist.

Visit competitors quarterly to assess market position.

Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.

Interact professionally and effectively at all organizational levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous sales/admissions experience in senior living, or dynamic sales experience from other industries with proven closing ability.

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university preferred, or one to two years’ experience and/or training equivalent to a degree.
