Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Summary We are seeking a talented Multimedia Producer to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of content creators. The team will create compelling photo, video, and audio content that effectively tells the XPEL brand story, showcases our products, and engages our global audience.

Core Duties
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement innovative content strategies that effectively communicate the brand's message and drive engagement
Manage and lead a team of videographer, photographers and editors, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members
Oversee the production process from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budget management. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Work with leadership and the creative team to provide creative direction for video content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives. This includes script development, storyboarding, and post-production processes
Maintain high standards for content quality. Review and approve final productions, ensuring they meet or exceed company standards
Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure content aligns with overall business goals
Analyze content performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future content strategies
Create innovative, relevant, original, and high-quality multi-media creative content to be used across multiple platforms and channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and more
Utilize graphics and special effects to enhance video content
This role reports directly to the Senior Design Manager and works closely with them to align creative direction, ensure brand consistency, and support the broader goals of the marketing and communications team
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually evolve and improve video content
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related fields
At least 3 years of experience in video production and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, After Effects, or similar video editing software
Strong storytelling abilities and a knack for creating engaging, impactful content.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
