What You’ll Do
Ideate, script, and film short-form videos for
paid ads
on TikTok and Instagram
Speak confidently and naturally on camera to deliver convincing, scroll-stopping content
Create hooks and narratives that drive attention, trust, and conversions
Research top-performing paid ads and current trends for inspiration
Collaborate with marketing to test and refine winning concepts
What You Bring
You’re a college student or recent grad who lives and breathes social media
You’re confident on camera and comfortable filming in a casual, authentic style
You understand TikTok trends, pacing, and what keeps viewers watching
You’ve made UGC or branded videos before (preferred but not required)
You have access to a phone with solid video and audio quality
You’re creative, dependable, and eager to experiment with new formats
Part‑time role, with transition to full‑time.
Location: Remote.
