Job Description Location: New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco. This hybrid position performs work from home and from a LinkedIn office on selected days.

The Vision of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is to create economic growth opportunities for organizations worldwide. The Online Sales Organization (OSO) empowers organizations to reach, engage, and convert their professional audience at scale. Within OSO, our Startups team partners with early‑stage companies who are new to our ad platform, helping them achieve growth by leveraging best‑in‑class products and services.

Responsibilities

Prospect marketing decision makers at B2B startups.

Advise prospective customers on how to use LinkedIn’s marketing solutions most effectively.

Educate clients on the LinkedIn marketing platform and build foundations to achieve their marketing objectives.

Consistently exceed quota for yourself and your team.

Collaborate with client solutions managers and cross‑functional partners to deliver value.

Provide updates to management on pipeline and forecast.

Proactively solve problems and take on additional initiatives as they arise.

Share ideas and best practices with peers and managers to inspire continued innovation.

Embrace a learning culture and develop as a sales professional.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of quota‑carrying B2B sales experience.

2+ years of digital media sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with startup marketers or within a startup company.

5+ years of digital media sales experience.

Experience on the LinkedIn Ads platform.

Competence in discovery and understanding customer business and objectives.

Familiarity with scaled outreach tools such as SalesLoft.

Proven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts.

Compensation The pay range is $167,000 to $255,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation is based on skill set, experience, location, and other factors.
