SUMMARY All Tri-Eagle Sales employees are expected to live and lead the Tri-Eagle Sales FISH philosophy and company values with a focus on customer service excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

MARKETING Assist in the development of, and ensure the execution of, TES’s annual Marketing Plan along with supplier partners and senior management. Marketing Plan Elements include:

Brand Programming and Retail Execution Calendars

Tri-Eagle Sales Annual Event Plan for the Tallahassee market

Coordinate with marketing team members on social media & website marketing

Supplier marketing programs and events that engage consumer participation

Planning and purchasing media across the Tallahassee territory on all mediums

EVENT MARKETING

Execute all events as planned for the Tallahassee market. Ensure Tri-Eagle Sales and our brands are represented appropriately and that the vision, mission, goals, and strategies align with our brand message and comply with company and legal guidelines.

Assist Sales Management with executing sports properties in merchandising, event execution, tailgate activations, etc.

Assist with community product donations and coordinating drop-off and/or pick-up.

Responsible for building monthly marketing recaps and presenting to Sr. Management during scheduled marketing meetings. Also responsible for building and presenting during the monthly Sales Meeting on brand plans, activations and sponsorship for the upcoming month and quarter.

ON-PREMISE ACTIVATION

Assist in the recruitment and retention of the Brand Ambassador team.

Responsible for leading the Brand Ambassador team once hired and trained. Lead and create the team’s schedule.

Collaborate with Sales Management to ensure on-premise activations adhere to brand standards.

Collaborate with Sales Management to support supplier/brand rollouts and targeted brand promotions.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Work with outside agencies as necessary to communicate news and information across all media sources regarding TES business and community initiatives via press release distribution.

Coordinate with marketing team members on Tri-Eagle Sales’ Corporate Social Responsibility program execution in Ocala, Gainesville, and Tallahassee markets.

Represent Tri-Eagle Sales at community events with a focus on community partnerships such as Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, The United Way, and other similar community organizations.

MISCELLANEOUS

Assist the Sales Support Manager with the management of paper and permanent point of sale (POCM) at Tri-Eagle Sales including receiving, communicating, and distributing POCM materials from supplier partners.

Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

Must attend monthly sales training meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in managing marketing initiatives and event activations. Beverage industry experience preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Excellent organization and project management skills.

Outgoing, organized, professional, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to convey brand messages excitingly and interactively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong leadership skills.

Flexible and able to adapt to challenging or changing situations with a “get it done” attitude. A strong work ethic is a must.

COMPUTER SKILLS Must be a proficient user of a PC and have the ability to learn new software programs at ease. Must have the ability to learn required hardware and software for sign making purposes. Must have advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, general internet and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Ability to troubleshoot related software and hardware issues.

EDUCATION Four-year college or university degree in business administration or marketing and/or 3 or more years of commensurate experience in marketing management.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of managers, clients, customers or employees.

MATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
