Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. 5+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field. 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making. 2+ years of direct management experience. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of working with senior staff (e.g., C‑suite) experience. MBA or CPA. Experience with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MSAccess, Essbase, Cognos) and providing recommendations based on results of ad hoc analyses for strategic decision‑making. 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis. 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.).
