Position Summary We are looking for a candidate who will drive focused marketing strategy and implementation for our Orlando division. This position will work directly with Division Leadership, Sales associates and National Marketing team to develop and execute field marketing plans consistent with the company’s overall business goals. Responsibilities Project Management: Prioritize division marketing projects for assigned communities, ensuring deadlines are met. Manage multiple projects from start to finish, including signage, MLS listings, RichmondAmerican.com listings, print collateral and e‑blast messaging. Communication: Act as the marketing lead and primary liaison between Division/Sales and National Marketing. Coordinate marketing, communications and advertising efforts for the division. Events/Promotions Strategy: Collaborate with Division/National Marketing to create and execute consumer and broker outreach programs. Budgeting: Maintain a divisional marketing budget, process invoices and track expenses against budget. Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Work closely with the division Sales team to drive community traffic and sales, identifying solutions and alternatives. Results Orientation: Track all marketing initiatives and provide analysis of effectiveness, implementing best practice processes among the division team. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with various vendors as appropriate. Scope Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, dynamic, high‑energy, professional team environment within a departmental setting. Requires frequent meetings and project requirements both in and outside the corporate office, including 2‑3 days each week touring communities in the metro area (must have reliable transportation). Requirements 4‑year degree in Marketing or related field preferred, plus 5‑7 years of field marketing experience at minimum. Knowledge of strategic field marketing and tactics (signage, print, online and event marketing). Superb verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and intermediate computer experience (Internet, MS Word, Excel, Outlook). High energy, creativity, ability to juggle multiple tasks and think critically and make decisions. Real estate marketing experience preferred. Benefits & Perks!
