Production & Presentation Designer

Location: San Antonio, TexasJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe are seeking a highly organized Production & Presentation Designer to join our client's creative services team. This contractor role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in corporate, production-focused design, high business professionalism, and the initiative to thrive within structured, process-driven environments. This is a onsite role, required to be in office 5x a week.Responsibilities:Create professional, visually digestible presentations and data visualizations for executives, using PowerPoint as the primary tool.Ensure all creative output adheres to strict brand guidelines and corporate standards ("inside the box" design).Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams within Talent Development and E-Learning.Transform raw data, spreadsheets, and complex models into clear, audience-friendly visuals.Prepare templates and adapt designs for sustainability and repeated client editing (e.g., converting InDesign/PDFs for user updates).Contribute to production design needs, such as formatting large-scale PowerPoint decks, vector work, and support for training manuals.Track projects, manage time efficiently, and communicate frequently via email and recap meetings.Take initiative in handling assignments, demonstrating strong ownership, while remaining approachable and collaborative. Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of business professional experience (not just design), including demonstrated reliability with communications, email (Outlook), and working in office settings.Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with hands-on experience creating and editing complex presentations.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign; Illustrator a plus).Ability to work comfortably in a structured, corporate environment with multiple layers of review, approval, and red tape.Strong communication skills, including incorporating copywriting into visual materials.Experience working with or within large, corporate organizations preferred.Portfolio demonstrating ability to work within brand constraints and deliver corporate-friendly creative solutions.JOBID: 112025-117240#LI-CELLA#LI-JS1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
