As a Junior Visual Designer at Code and Theory, your creativity will shape the future of digital storytelling. Beyond crafting visually compelling digital interfaces, you’ll engage in making strategic, impactful contributions that enhance the performance and reach of our projects. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Conceptualize and design visually compelling digital experiences that reflect brand identity and strategically enhance user engagement
Lead the charge in using AI and generative design tools to push creative limits and drive efficiency and performance
Develop content that goes beyond aesthetics, using data-driven insights to create impactful visual narratives and interactions
Actively research and integrate emerging design trends to remain competitive and innovative in the field
Foster an environment of creativity and collaboration, sharing novel ideas and strategic insights with peers
Embrace flexibility and a team-focused mindset, supporting diverse aspects of projects to collectively "make cool exciting experiences with impact" and enjoy the creative journey
