Job Overview
The Anchor Leader Coordinator serves as the student coordinator of the Anchor Program run by First Year Experience in the Shepard Academic Resource Center. In conjunction with the Associate Director for First Year Experience, the Anchor Leader Coordinator is responsible for the hiring, training, and support of the fall 2026 Anchor Leader team as well as aiding in hiring for the 2026 Anchor Leader team. This position spans December 2025 through March 2027.

Minimum Qualifications
- A current or previous Anchor Leader
- In good academic standing at the University
- If selected as the Anchor Leader Coordinator, you are required to help prepare and train the Anchor Leaders the two weeks before the start of classes in August 2026 (tentatively Aug 12-23), and you CANNOT serve in any Residence Life, ASUP Executive, or Orientation roles, or participate in any other role that will conflict with the training and time commitment of the Coordinator position.
