Description :

• We're looking for a program manager to work within our Creative Operations team.
• The successful candidate is curious, a problem solver and a creative thinker who will support the management and maintenance of the tools that are used within the Creative team.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in Salesforce and Workfront operational duties under an enterprise umbrella.
• Identifies and resolves technical problems, leads system and tool enhancements and implementations, and oversees daily operational tickets and issues.
• Manages and develops user guidance documentation and conducts trainings for creative & cross functional teams.
• Creates and compiles creative program and project reports as requested for the needs of the business.
• This candidate will collaborate with various business partners, internal and external to the creative team.
• Familiarity with creative workflows, marketing processes and creative production lifecycles.
