Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager in San Marcos, Texas. The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring resident satisfaction and managing lease agreements. Responsibilities include marketing properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and managing budgets. The role is based in San Marcos, Texas, for a brand new luxury lease-up of 363 LIHTC units opening on September 1, 2025.
