impala (www.impala.digital) is a venture-backed seed stage startup, founded by two Harvard alumni. We're transforming the US social impact sector by building an end-to-end suite of fresh, intuitive technology products to help nonprofits and funders maximize their impact at every stage - from initial due diligence to final grant. Our first product - Ecosystem Intelligence - is a Business Intelligence platform for the nonprofit world. It enables grantmakers and fundraisers to analyze any nonprofit ecosystem, anywhere in the country (who's involved, how they're connected, key financials + funding insights and more). ABOUT THE POSITION As a community manager, your job will be to help us engage with the MA nonprofit community as comprehensively and inclusively possible. Specifically, you will: - Build networks and close working partnerships with community leaders, nonprofits and philanthropic foundations across Massachusetts. - Proactively engage nonprofits that historically have had less access to technology and help them to onboard and use the impala platform. - Represent impala in the community, at launch and network events and other presentations. - Provide assistance and troubleshooting for community users, both online and - where necessary - in person with site visits.
