Floating Community Manager Redwood Communities, Inc. (an affiliate of Redwood Housing) is a multifamily property management organization that manages affordable housing communities across the U.S. We are looking for a Floating Community Manager in Ohio. Location Position based in Cleveland or Columbus, OH, with 100% travel in OH and MI. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day site operations. Supervise and train onsite staff. Handle performance issues effectively, consistently, and timely. Complete daily/weekly office and maintenance checklists, schedules, and assignments. Review and approve purchase orders. Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Provide timely and accurate income certifications. Maintain compliance with federal housing standards and fair‑housing laws. Qualifications At least three years of related industry experience. Experience with Section 42, HUD, tax‑credit, or other affordable‑housing programs. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills; able to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural settings and a commitment to working with people experiencing homelessness. Strong ethics and integrity.
