Shop LC is expanding its Digital Live Streaming Media Division and seeking charismatic On-Air Hosts / Influencers who thrive on-camera and know how to convert engagement into measurable sales.

You’ll represent the Shop LC brand during live shopping events, promote products across social platforms, and connect with real audiences in real time. This is a high-energy role for someone who lives and breathes broadcasting, sales, and digital media.

What You’ll Do

• Host and present live digital shopping sessions across multiple social channels.
• Drive conversions and brand awareness through authentic engagement.
• Collaborate with the production and marketing teams on influencer campaigns.
• Develop brand-centric social content aligned with Shop LC promotions.
• Track analytics and deliver post-stream performance metrics.
• Maintain a strong, consistent on-camera presence that reflects Shop LC’s values.

Qualifications

• MUST have prior On-Air or On-Camera experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence purchase behavior.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, broadcasting, and digital cross-posting.
• Skilled communicator with exceptional verbal presentation skills.
• Experience in live shopping, content creation, or entertainment hosting preferred.
• Sales-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to provide analytics and metrics before advancement in the hiring process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or Marketing preferred (not required).

• Average 500+ live viewers per stream
• 1 year of content creation experience
• 5 years of on-camera experience
• Proven record of successful brand collaborations
