Overview BlueHalo, an AV company, seeks a Target Analyst Reporter to prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and related collateral sources to provide a synthesized product to customers. The role involves reporting with consideration of basic SIGINT reporting policies and working with mentors and Government personnel. Responsibilities Write reports which may require significant editing Determine reportability of an activity Locate reportable information (e.g., basic queries or raw information as needed) Determine the focus of a report and apply basic SIGINT reporting policies Communicate and collaborate effectively with mentors and Government personnel Conduct research to enhance reporting by pulling information from multiple sources and integrating it into reports/products in response to management and external customer requests You're required to have this Level 1: 3+ years demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military Level 2: 8+ years demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military; experience must be recent (at least 2 years within the last 5 years) Level 3: 12+ years demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military; experience must be recent (at least 2 years within the last five years) Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories Active TS/SCI with polygraph; polygraph completed within the last 7 years Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $192,000 The BlueHalo pay range is a general guideline; official compensation depends on position level, responsibilities, location, experience, education, certifications, and other factors Comprehensive benefits include health, life, disability insurance, paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) match, professional development, and other work/life programs Licenses & Certifications TS/SCI with Polygraph (required) Equal Opportunity This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
