About the Role
As the Lead Esthetician, you’ll be the driving force behind our service excellence; coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team of talented estheticians. You’ll lead by example in the treatment room, uphold Heyday’s high standards, and work with shop leadership to recruit, train, and develop top talent. This role is perfect for someone who loves both the art of esthetics and the art of leadership.
What You’ll Do
Onboard top estheticians
Lead new hire training on Heyday standards, techniques, and product knowledge
Provide ongoing coaching and development to elevate team performance
Collaborate with leadership to drive consistency and quality across all services
Educate hosts, estheticians, and managers on new products and enhancements
Track and analyze retail and enhancement performance, driving continuous improvement
Champion product and enhancement launches, ensuring full team engagement
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Esthetician with 4+ years of hands‑on experience
Laser Tech and LSO certified
Strong relationship‑builder who inspires trust and confidence
Results‑driven with a passion for coaching and developing others
Experienced in training, giving feedback, and leading group learning
Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing environment
Passionate about mentorship, education, and helping others succeed
