Position: Product Designer (UX/UI - AI & Workflow Platforms)

Location: Glendale, CA

Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Overview: Seeking a hands‑on Product Designer to create intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise workflow and AI‑driven platforms. This role combines UX strategy, UI design, and cross‑functional collaboration to support automation, data visualization, and digital operations across multiple products.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing web‑based tools, enterprise systems, or complex workflow products.
  • Proven experience designing AI or automation‑driven platforms – understanding human‑AI interaction, orchestration, and transparency.
  • Strong expertise in UX design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma or equivalent).
  • Ability to translate complex backend processes into clear, intuitive user experiences.
  • Solid grasp of information architecture, usability, and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design strategy to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX and interaction design for internal web‑based tools supporting mastering, localization, delivery, and workflow orchestration.
  • Define user journeys, information architecture, and interface logic for AI‑powered and agentic systems.
  • Prototype and validate interaction models integrating human oversight and automation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to translate requirements into actionable, production‑ready designs.
  • Develop high‑fidelity mockups, annotated UI specifications, and contribute to shared design systems.
  • Maintain design consistency and usability across multiple products, iterating quickly in an agile environment.
  • Occasionally provide UX support for select consumer‑facing applications.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

  • Experience with workflow orchestration, media operations, or digital content supply chains.
  • Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Background in motion design, interaction design, or advanced prototyping.
  • Experience contributing to scalable design systems or enterprise tooling.
