Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working closely with user researchers to find new opportunities, test and iterate ideas based on insights from formative research, analysis of current data and from direct usability testing.
Experience in designing intuitive and engaging interactions for AI-driven products.
Ability to deliver products to market across multiple digital platforms.
Excellent interaction, visual, problem-solving, and prototyping skills.

The Search team is reimagining how people search for information worldwide, and you’ll help solve complex engineering challenges while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and other UX team members to strategize and design end-to-end user journeys.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high‑fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
Design new features and iterate on existing ones.
Compensation US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000‑$222,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications.
