Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Seismic/UI Builder with React

Location: Santa Clara, CA - Onsite 2 days/week (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Seismic/UI Builder and React to join our team. The role involves both UI/portal development and back-end configuration, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, including UI/portal development, REST API integrations, Flow Designer, scripting configurations, and ATFs.
  • Work with modern UI frameworks, primarily React (experience with AngularJS is a plus).
  • Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components for web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong analytical, design, and communication skills.
  • Utilize IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and ServiceNow instances to support development activities.
  • Implement data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with Next Experience UI framework (Seismic/UI Builder) on ServiceNow.
  • Participate in team activities onsite 2-3 days per week to maintain collaboration and synergy with engineering teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6-8 years of software engineering experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong JavaScript, React, and modern UI framework experience.
  • Experience with REST API integrations, Flow Designer, scripting, and testing (ATFs).
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Next Experience UI / Seismic framework in ServiceNow.
  • Candidates located near Santa Clara, CA preferred to support hybrid work model.
