Sign Installation Vinyl Graphics and Production Associate Join our team at Signarama Lacey, where we create and install high-quality signs for businesses throughout Thurston County. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Installation & Production Associate to help bring designs to life and install them at customer sites. If you enjoy working with tools, take pride in quality workmanship, and like a mix of shop and field work, this could be the role for you! Overview Position: Sign Installation Vinyl Graphics and Production Associate Location: Signarama Lacey, Lacey, WA Responsibilities Produce and assemble signs using printers, cutters, vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, and more Install graphics and non-electrical signs on vehicles, buildings, windows, and other surfaces Operate tools, ladders, and lifts safely and efficiently Work with teammates to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec Keep the shop organized, clean, and running smoothly Qualifications Experience in sign making, printing, and construction trades a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and working at heights Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various conditions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and a team player What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with performance growth opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays (after probationary period) Positive, supportive work environment Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours (occasional overtime possible) Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application and Requirements This position requires driving company vehicles.
