A Day in the Life
Open the studio, ensuring a clean, organized environment.
Greet members by name, check them in, and create a welcoming experience.
Coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedules, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are met, resolving member concerns with professionalism.
Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
Requirements
Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
Retail sales experience – cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity.
Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
