We're looking for a strategic and visionary Senior Global Marketing Manager to lead global marketing efforts for the IMMULITE platform. In this high-impact role, you'll define and elevate the customer experience through data-driven, omnichannel campaigns that resonate with laboratory and clinical audiences worldwide. You'll collaborate across lifecycle and clinical teams to translate insights into compelling programs, lead global launch strategies, and influence stakeholders across regionsall without relying on direct authority. Your ability to combine scientific credibility with commercial expertise will be key to success. This is a director level individual contributor role.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies for IMMULITE

Analyze customer and market data to inform strategic decisions

Define and own the brand’s global value proposition

Lead customer engagement programs in partnership with MarComms

Provide in-market sales support and coaching

Serve as a customer-facing expert with deep therapy area knowledge

What You Bring

7+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences industry; diagnostics preferred

Proven success in omnichannel marketing and product launches

Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills

Experience delivering impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Therapy area expertise in allergy, asthma, autoimmunity, or inflammation

Strong field presence and ability to coach and support sales teams

Effective communicator with experience presenting to customers and KOLs

Demonstrated success in matrixed environments

Self-starter with the ability to drive decisions and projects independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience enabling sales teams with tools and insights

Proven leadership in global congresses and engagement programs

Skilled in crafting compelling product narratives and competitive positioning
