Base Pay Range $65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Position Summary Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures, identifying training and development needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience

2 years Walmart Logistics experience

2 years supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office proficiency

Experience supervising associates

Walmart Logistics Manager experience
