The Director partners closely with the CDO and program leadership to craft compelling narratives, segment and target audiences, and leverage data‑driven insights to deepen donor loyalty and broaden awareness. This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver routine and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and trend analyses (retention, LYBUNT/SYBUNT, pipeline, campaign pacing). Oversee timely, accurate gift processing, pledge management, recurring gifts, acknowledgments, and tax receipts in partnership with Development/Finance. Maintain documentation of data protocols; train staff and support troubleshooting. 3) Marketing, Content & Digital Channels
Lead storytelling and content development that highlights mission impact; produce case statements, donor spotlights, videos/graphics, and stewardship materials. Manage website content and updates; ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment. Plan and execute email marketing (e.g., via CRM or ESP), including automated journeys, testing, and performance optimization. Own social media strategy and daily execution across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube); monitor analytics and optimize engagement. 4) Public & Media Relations; Community Presence
Draft press releases and media pitches; cultivate relationships with local and sector media. Represent the organization at select community events and speaking opportunities. Equip staff and ambassadors with talking points and brand assets. 5) Campaigns, Events & Donor Journeys

Create performance‑driven promotional plans and collateral for events; coordinate timelines and cross‑team deliverables. Design multi‑touch donor journeys (acquisition → conversion → stewardship → upgrade) with data‑informed interventions. 6) Compliance, Privacy & Risk Management
Uphold confidentiality, security, and fundraising compliance standards; ensure adherence to IRS receipting and acknowledgment requirements. Implement user permissions and audit routines; continuously monitor data integrity and system security. 7) Cross‑Functional Collaboration
