We’re looking for an Architectural Designer (1–3 years of experience) to join our team and help deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions for government clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects such as municipal buildings, educational facilities, government facilities, and community spaces — contributing to environments that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation
Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client and agency review
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
Prepare site planning and space planning documents
Attend due diligence investigations
Research materials, codes, and sustainable design solutions relevant to government work
Assist in preparing specifications, opinion of probable cost, and permitting packages
Contribute to the firm’s technical standards and quality assurance processes
What You Bring
A professional degree in Architecture and 1–3 years of experience in an architectural office
Experience with public, institutional, or civic projects (preferred)
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Knowledge of building codes and accessibility
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Architectural licensure in progress (preferred but not required)
