Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Music

We are seeking a creative, analytical and results‑oriented Product Marketing Manager to drive listener growth across Amazon Music’s tiered services. You will design and launch product marketing initiatives supporting all Amazon Music tiers, collaborate cross‑functionally across Amazon teams, influence partners to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps. A successful candidate is an independent, creative problem solver who can lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting competing deadlines. Exceptional product marketing, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills are required. You will work autonomously under time constraints to achieve results. Key Responsibilities

Influence and execute product marketing strategies to drive listener and subscriber growth for Amazon Music’s tiers globally. Lead the experimentation roadmap for strategic product marketing initiatives to unlock growth opportunities. Lead cross‑functional product marketing go‑to‑market initiatives for new product features. Partner closely with marketing and product teams to align roadmaps and optimize for listener and subscriber growth at scale. Collaborate with Data Science and Finance to define success metrics, establish reporting, and communicate performance to stakeholders. Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience. Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables). High attention to detail across business and technical domains. Preferred Qualifications

Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives. Experience with A/B testing, particularly around audience segmentation and targeting. MBA or advanced degree. Equal Opportunity Employment

Base pay ranges from $98,200 to $179,600 per year, depending on geographic market and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
