We are looking for a dynamic, growth-driven marketing leader who can manage brand building, e-commerce growth, and social media strategy for TeaTribe. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with digital platforms, paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and conversion optimization. This role is perfect for someone passionate about scaling startups and driving revenue growth through innovative digital strategies. We need a marketing‑sales‑cum brand manager interested to build from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Create storytelling campaigns that resonate with tea lovers and wellness enthusiasts.

E‑commerce Management

Optimize TeaTribe’s online store for conversions (Shopify/WordPress experience preferred).

Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns.

Implement SEO/SEM strategies to boost organic traffic.

Social Media & Content

Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging reels, posts, and stories aligned with brand aesthetics.

Drive influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.

Performance Marketing

Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify analytics.

Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).

Expertise in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid ads.

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, e‑mail marketing, and automation tools.

Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and ad managers.

Creative eye for visual branding and content trends.

Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing for D2C or lifestyle brands.

Prior experience in tea, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a plus.

Zeal for startup culture and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
