Senior Marketing SDR Technology & Operations Manager (Hybrid, SF/NYC) Join Rippling as a Senior Marketing SDR Technology & Operations Manager. This is a senior individual‑contributor role on our Growth Operations team, focused on scaling and optimizing the technology that drives our global Sales Development organization.

About The Role As a systems‑minded, AI‑curious manager, you’ll build and refine home‑grown platforms (DemoTime, Playbook) and manage the broader SDR tech stack (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Nooks, enrichment tools). You’ll partner with sales leadership, engineering, RevOps, and marketing to create intelligent automations that improve SDR efficiency and pipeline growth.

What You Will Do

Partner with RevOps, engineering, and business systems teams to design, implement, and optimize home‑grown technologies and automations that power SDR workflows and inbound processes.

Serve as the operational owner for Outreach, LeanData, Nooks, and SDR workflows within Salesforce, building flows and maintaining key integrations.

Drive Rippling’s AI innovation agenda within the SDR org by identifying opportunities to embed intelligence across workflows, whether through best‑in‑class AI solutions or internal proprietary systems.

Design and operationalize SDR execution frameworks within Rippling’s internal systems to ensure every marketing‑to‑SDR handoff is consistent, actionable, and measurable.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking SDR activity, SLAs, inbound performance, and conversion metrics.

Collaborate with data, marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure clean, accurate data and seamless integration across platforms.

Field, triage, and prioritize incoming requests from sales and SDR leadership, translating them into technical or operational solutions with clear business impact.

Create technical and business‑facing documentation to align and enable the SDR organization.

What You Will Need

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems roles.

Deep, hands‑on experience with Salesforce (flows, automations, reporting) and Outreach.

Experience managing LeanData and Nooks or similar productivity platforms.

Familiarity with enrichment technologies (ZoomInfo, Clearbit) and data best practices.

Strong SQL and data analysis skills; comfort working with BI tools and large datasets.

Proven ability to operationalize complex workflows and collaborate with technical partners.

Deep curiosity and hands‑on interest in AI, automation, and in‑house technology development.

Excellent prioritization, communication, and project management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and bias for execution.

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The pay range for this role is $117,000 – $204,750 USD per year (US Tier 1).
