More About Our Team The Production Artist for Lifepoint Health's Creative Services team. Looking for a creative, technically resourceful artist for print and digital production on projects ranging from short‑run print deliverables to full‑scale advertising campaigns. This role is part of a full‑service in‑house creative team that supports a fast‑paced, high‑volume department managing over 200 brands and brand guidelines across all media. The candidate must be proactive, detail‑oriented, an excellent communicator, and an inter‑departmental collaborator.
How You’ll Contribute
Work closely with senior graphic designers, art directors, account executives on the marketing team, and outside print and promo vendors.
Ensure design files are properly set up for printing or digital use, checking for correct color profiles, resolution, bleed, and trim marks.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Demonstrate strong initiative and work ethic, managing digital projects and programs from beginning to end.
Serve both internal co‑workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For Applicants should have an associate’s degree in Graphic Design or Creative Arts; a bachelor’s degree is preferred with a minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience. Additional requirements include:
Highly skilled using industry‑standard software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
