About Us At Togetherwork, we bring people together through technology, collaboration, and shared success. Our mission is to help organizations thrive by building connections that last. We believe great customer relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a leader who shares that vision.
About The Role We're looking for a
Corporate Marketing Manager
to own our brand strategy and bring it to life across web, social, content, and campaigns. You'll refine the brand foundation (positioning, narrative, visual identity), up‑level day‑to‑day execution (site, socials, assets), and run programs that grow awareness, credibility, and preference. This role is hands‑on and outcomes‑driven: you'll both set the bar and do the work—partnering with company executives, product and marketing leaders, and external vendors to make Togetherwork impossible to ignore.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the corporate brand system: positioning, messaging architecture, value props by audience/solution, tone/voice, and visual identity guidelines.
Execute website strategy and governance (information architecture, messaging, SEO hygiene, UX/content updates) and manage the roadmap with Web/IT partners.
Own corporate social channels (primarily LinkedIn): editorial calendar, post creation/approval, executive visibility, and community management.
Create and maintain on‑brand assets and templates (pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, event collateral) that scale across business lines.
Plan and execute corporate communications, both internal and external.
Manage creative/PR agencies and freelancers—write briefs, review work, ensure on‑time, on‑brand delivery within budget.
Drive internal brand adoption: toolkits, training, audits, and light governance to keep assets consistent and current.
Partner with stakeholders on employer brand initiatives and with Revenue teams on sales enablement alignment.
Integrate Agentic Marketing tools (AI agents for research, creative iteration, QA, and optimization) to speed production, personalize at scale, and document guardrails and outcomes.
Qualifications
4–7 years in B2B SaaS brand or corporate marketing, with end‑to‑end ownership of brand systems and multi‑channel execution.
Experience managing projects with multiple executives at the same time.
Demonstrated ability to craft clear positioning and messaging—and translate it into compelling web and social content.
Hands‑on web experience (CMS management, page building, basic on‑page SEO) and comfort partnering on UX and analytics.
Strong writing and editing skills; can switch between executive narratives, web copy, and social posts without losing the thread.
Working knowledge of analytics and reporting (GA4, Search Console, social/native analytics; UTM discipline) and the ability to turn insights into action.
Highly organized project manager with excellent stakeholder communication and an eye for design consistency.
Bonus Skills
PR/AR and thought‑leadership program experience (media pitches, bylines, awards/speaking).
Light design and motion skills (Figma/Canva/Adobe) to tweak templates and speed iteration.
Experience with marketing automation/CRM (e.g., HubSpot) to coordinate campaigns and capture brand‑sourced demand.
Event branding and executive communications (talk tracks, keynotes, webinar decks).
Brand integration during M&A or multi‑brand portfolio environments.
