Senior Social Media Manager — Beauty/Skin Care Brand
West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid | 3 days onsite)
Salary: Up to $160K DOE | Hours: 9am–6pm, flex for events
Join a fast-growing, founder-led skincare brand as their Senior Social Media Manager, leading strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. You’ll shape the brand’s voice, visual identity, and community while overseeing content creation, analytics, and a small team. MUST HAVE SKIN CARE OR MAKE UP BRAND EXPERIENCE AS A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
What You’ll Do Drive social strategy and content creation aligned with brand goals and launches.
Concept, shoot, and edit trend-driven content with quick turnaround.
Manage the content calendar, analytics, and creator collaborations.
Partner with Marketing and Creative on campaigns, shoots, and events.
Mentor and lead two Social Media Coordinators.
What You Bring 6+ years of experience (2+ in beauty/skincare or cosmetics required).
Proven success in content creation, analytics, and community growth.
Expertise in social tools (CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, Tribe, etc.).
Hands‑on creator with founder‑led brand experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and creative vision.
