Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist will support a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, social media management, email marketing, online reputation management, and more. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely, with occasional on‑site visits to our Owings Mills, MD location.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns to support LifeBridge Health's hospitals, physician practices, and for-profit business lines.
Coordinate assets, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support digital projects.
Social Media
Draft, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms aligned with the LifeBridge Health brand and content calendar.
Monitor engagement (comments, messages, etc.) across social media channels and identify opportunities for timely responses.
Track and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends and engagement opportunities.
Email Marketing & CRM
Assist in the development, deployment, and optimization of email campaigns and newsletters, including audience segmentation, testing, and quality assurance.
Maintain and update contact lists in the CRM system.
Help with campaign reporting and analysis to inform future strategies.
Online Reputation & Listings
Manage and update Google Business Profiles and other online listings for LifeBridge Health hospitals, practices, and services.
Monitor online ratings and reviews, route feedback to appropriate teams, and assist with timely responses.
Compile reports on online feedback and trends for leadership.
Analytics & Reporting
Gather performance data from digital platforms like social media, Google Analytics, email, and others to generate regular reports.
Support ongoing optimization by analyzing audience engagement and campaign performance.
Content & Creative Coordination
Assist with content collection, proofreading, and coordination for digital campaigns.
Support photo and video shoots, event coverage, and other creative requests.
Ensure consistency and quality across all digital assets and touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, social media, and email marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with on‑site teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare marketing or working in a healthcare‑related field.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and content management systems.
Knowledge of online reputation management and local SEO.
Familiarity with photo/video editing tools and creative design software.
