The Role As a Region Expansion Marketer, you will take the lead in launching VR Expert’s webshops in North America and Southern Europe. You’ll be responsible for conducting market research, localizing content, building the SEO strategy, and defining the right marketing channels to launch new markets and eventually, drive traffic and generate leads. You’ll act as the bridge between marketing, tech, and regional teams, ensuring a smooth and impactful market entry.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in‑depth market research to identify opportunities and needs in each target region
Localize marketing content to fit cultural and industry norms
Coordinate closely with the local sales team and internal marketing stakeholders
Act as the connector between marketing and development teams to launch and localize webshops
Develop and execute a region‑specific SEO strategy to boost visibility and rankings
Define and execute a channel strategy to drive traffic and generate inbound leads
Track KPIs, report on performance, and refine strategy based on results
Work cross‑functionally with developers to implement technical SEO, content changes, and site structure updates
Drive the
go‑to‑market execution
for webshop launches in new markets
What we are looking for
Proven
track record in market expansion
projects, ideally across multiple regions
Experience in
e‑commerce
and working with
development teams
on website projects
Strong grasp of
SEO best practices
Familiarity with tools like
WordPress, GA4, SEMrush, WooCommerce
A
self‑starter
with excellent
project and stakeholder management
skills
Proactive communicator who keeps cross‑functional teams aligned
Fluent in
English
(additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable working
remotely
across time zones
