The Partner Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating and executing scalable marketing programs that benefit CallTower’s North America and EMEA Partner Programs, strategically market and align sales team members within the global partner community, fast-track CallTower’s brand, increase marketplace knowledge, and improve sales conversion through tactical efforts. This critical role on the Marketing team drives sales growth through partner alliances and requires a mix of abilities including understanding and explaining solutions, strong communication skills, event management, and dedication to business growth.
Position Summary The Partner Marketing Strategist must be enthusiastic, self‑motivated, deadline‑oriented, curious, creative, outgoing, and highly motivated.

Increase sales with identified Agency, Resellers, MSP and VARs in North America and EMEA.
Develop North America and EMEA brand awareness.
Build/adapt brand.
Responsibilities
Establish key relationships to hit our goals.
Collaborate with top Agency, Resellers, MSP and VARs; collaborating with local partners will help us establish a strong presence.
Align sales team with key sellers at national and regional levels.
Work with Sales overlay roles to maximize growth opportunities.
Ensure all sponsorships with key TSDs and focus partners, including VARs and MSPs are fulfilled and KPIs and ROI goals are attained.
Establish a paid sponsorship and events calendar based on targeted initiatives to ensure value and commitments are attained.
Facilitate partner events in conjunction with Events Coordinator.
Develop digital channels, social, videos, email campaigns, and targeted content for localized (EMEA and North America) marketing materials.
Engage with industry influencers in North America and EMEA to help raise our brand awareness (social videos/webinars).
Create and deliver program goals, partner educational email workflows, training, assets, and collateral.
Liaison between external partners and internal Sales, Product, Solution Architects and Marketing teams.
Creation and preparation of reports for success metrics and partner growth, including quarterly business reviews and monthly alignment meetings.
Maintain partner portals, and territory map association.
Operate with little oversight, be an executor, and drive excitement and growth across partners.
Facilitate organization of multiple projects with precision and timeliness.
Manage social media to amplify partner programs, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Newsletters, curate original written, podcast, and video content, and develop initiatives to cultivate a knowledge base on YouTube with CallTower TV.
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field or 6 years of related experience.
5+ years of partner enablement experience, preferably with a successful track record of coordinating with project teams.
Highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce.com) reporting and dashboards and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Leads with Vision and Purpose: Communicates a compelling and inspired vision and sense of common purpose, invests time to look beyond what’s possible today, and sets clear milestones while holding people (and self) accountable to deliver.
Identifying “high‑performing” as well as “under‑performing” regions and taking the necessary actions to address these evaluations.
Develop targeted marketing growth strategies with identified focus partners.
Develop enduring relationships with key partners based on trust, professionalism, and responsive support in line with CallTower’s standards of business conduct.
Executes Effectively: Successful track record of planning and execution, clearly assigning responsibility for tasks and decisions, delegating well, setting clear goals and measuring progress, monitoring results, designing feedback processes to stay on track, and driving revenue through building and managing pipeline.
Works Effectively with business leadership and peers: Can build relationships, sell, and deal comfortably with executives, craft creative, positive, and successful approaches, and deliver to build credibility.
