Position Overview ABM (Account‑Based Marketing) Manager

In this role, you will design and execute

1:1 and 1:few ABM programs

that align with sales goals and engage decision‑makers throughout the buyer’s journey. You’ll oversee account selection and planning, collaborate across teams to deliver tailored content, and manage campaigns across channels, including

email, personalized ads, events, and intent data platforms .

Key Responsibilities

Develop targeted ABM strategies to influence key accounts and accelerate the sales cycle

Partner with content and sales teams to craft personalized campaigns and messaging

Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaign effectiveness

Drive cross‑functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns (REQUIRED), ideally in SaaS or tech

Proven success managing integrated campaigns (webinars, digital, social, events)

Strong project management and collaboration skills

Familiarity with the technology or insurance sales cycle

Genuine interest in the insurance and fintech landscape
