As our Content Marketing Manager , you’ll be the voice that shapes how the worldunderstands Sunhat. From guiding leads through the funnel - awareness to decision - topositioning us as the go-to authority in sustainability and compliance, your work will make adirect impact on brand, demand, and growth.As an integral part of the Marketing Team, you’ll collaborate closely with Communications, Sales, CustomerSuccess, and Product to ensure our content strategy drives measurable business outcomes.You’ll help us tell the Sunhat story in the most compelling way possible, strengthening ourbrand presence and thought leadership across all digital channels. What you will do
Content Strategy: Support the setup and execution of a content strategy aligned with marketing and sales goals. Content Creation: Write and publish engaging, high-quality content across formats —blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website, newsletters, and much more. Social Presence: Contribute to and grow our presence on LinkedIn with engaging,share-worthy content. Messaging & Storytelling: Shape our messaging and positioning together with Communications, ensuring we tell the Sunhat story with clarity and impact. Trendspotting : Research and identify trending topics in sustainability, ESG, andcompliance, turning them into compelling content tailored to our personas andformats. Campaigns : Develop creative ideas for both long- and short-term campaigns anddraft copy across all assets. Collaboration : Work with Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales to createenablement and funnel content (e.g., guides, one-pagers, case studies). SEO & Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility, reach, andinbound traffic. Localization : Support content creation and localization in both English and German. Performance : Track, analyze, and report on content performance, using insights tocontinuously improve. A strong belief in the power of sustainability and the importance of compliance. 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS or tech-driven environment isa plus). Topic knowledge in sustainability, ESG, or compliance is a bonus. Excellent writing and editing skills with a flair for storytelling. Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, value-driven content. Fluency in English or German (excellent writing and editing skills required) and astrong command of the other language.
