Responsibilities

Lead development of copy for major campaigns, brand storytelling initiatives, and integrated marketing efforts—owning the narrative across digital, social, video, and emerging platforms.

Shape brand voice across multiple clients, ensuring messaging is distinct, consistent, and connected to audience needs and behaviors.

Partner with art directors, designers, strategists, and media counterparts to co‑create insight‑driven, culturally relevant, and creatively exceptional ideas.

Present work to internal teams and clients with confidence, tying ideas back to business goals, strategic insights, and platform best practices.

Support content strategy with compelling, channel‑appropriate copy that moves people—from awareness to action.

Contribute to creative ideation sessions, helping crack briefs with fresh, unexpected concepts rooted in brand strategy and consumer insight.

Use AI, content tools, and platform automation to refine processes, accelerate execution, and elevate creative output.

Provide constructive feedback to junior creatives and peers, helping raise the quality of work across the team.

Stay informed on creative trends, emerging formats, and audience behaviors, helping integrate cultural insight into day‑to‑day creative development.

Ensure copy delivers on PMG’s creative, strategic, and operational standards—always pushing for impact and excellence.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in copywriting, ideally in an agency or high‑growth brand environment.

Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executional craft across a variety of media.

Experience creating copy for integrated campaigns and performance channels.

Proficiency in writing for digital platforms, especially paid social, video, and web.

Familiarity with AI tools and creative automation platforms a plus.
