This Opportunity
Lead internal project pursuit meetings to identify a strategic direction, competitive advantage, and compelling insight/content to increase sales.
Actively engage in internal proposal production meetings to assist in establishing clear assignments and identifying key SEH/team differentiators.
Draft content in response to RFQ/RFP information and evaluation criteria to showcase SEH and the team’s unique qualifications.
Translate technical information into content that resonates with a variety of audiences.
Conduct thorough editorial reviews to ensure one‑voice compliance with SEH standards and incorporation of key advantages.
Facilitate the interview preparation process from initial strategy to presentation materials and final rehearsals.
Collaborate with designers and proposal coordinators to identify opportunities to communicate written content visually.
Assist in managing proposal assets including project experience and resumes.
Candidates may be asked to submit two writing samples as part of the recruitment process to demonstrate proficiency.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in the majority of U.S. states. If you are open to relocation, please highlight this in your application.
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
A personalized cover letter must be submitted with your application.
Demonstrated excellence in writing and editing, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
Familiarity with AP style and editorial standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency with digital tools such as HubSpot and Aprimo.
Interest in AI‑powered marketing tools and emerging technologies.
Ability to build strong relationships across remote teams.
Collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to influence pursuit strategy and positioning through strong writing and insight.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in strategy development and client‑focused writing; experience responding to RFQs/RFPs.
Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud/InDesign.
Experience working in a remote team environment.
