Marketing Manager
to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for our expanding law firm. This position is responsible for vendor management, maximizing marketing ROI, data‑driven decision‑making, and supporting the firm’s overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate brings proven marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the firm’s marketing strategy to support revenue goals
Manage marketing vendors, budgets, and performance metrics
Monitor campaign analytics and report results with an ROI focus
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
Lead content strategy — social media, newsletters, blog posts, and branded materials
Track and optimize performance for intake, lead quality, and conversion rates
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Coordinate firm events, sponsorships, and community engagement opportunities
Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads on initiatives and messaging
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
3+ years of marketing experience required — legal or service industry experience a plus
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics
Experience managing external agencies and/or marketing vendors
Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Results‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Compensation $55,000 - $90,000 Depending on Experience
