What’s the role As a Designer supporting Partnerships Creative, you’ll help shape how Hard Rock Bet connects with fans through our team and league partnerships (NFL, NBA, NHL, racing, and more). You’ll concept and design co-branded assets that elevate how our brand shows up across digital, social, in-venue, and experiential environments, driving both awareness and cultural relevance. From arena signage to social and digital campaigns, you’ll help fans experience the thrill of Hard Rock Bet wherever they watch or play.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Design Lead, creative team, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life and ensure every execution aligns with both internal brand standards and partner guidelines. Your primary mission will be to support the design and execution of partnerships creative primarily within the Sportsbook segment.

What You’ll Do

Support the Creative Pod:

Support the Awareness designers on larger campaign initiatives by extrapolating creative into additional sizes, versions, and placements

Asset Production:

Create and adapt co-branded design assets for various partners and channels including social media, email, web, print, and experiential activations

Versioning & Resizing:

Execute multiple versions of creative based on templates or master designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

File Prep & Delivery:

Prepare final files for production, including packaging, exporting, and formatting for various platforms, partners, and vendors.

Quality Assurance:

Review and proof assets for errors, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and adherence to both partner and internal brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital and print advertising, particularly within the Sportsbook landscape.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience

in production design or graphic design.

A strong portfolio

demonstrating co-branded campaigns and/or multi-format execution (print, digital, experiential), versioning and resizing, and template-based work.

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with Figma is a major plus.

Detail-oriented with

excellent organizational and time management skills.

Well-versed in designing for print

(both large and small formats) and digital platforms.

Experience working in fast-paced,

deadline-driven environments.

Familiarity with

asset management systems

and file organization best practices.

Collaborative mindset:

Experience working with marketers and product teams to refine creative approaches.

A passion

for or interest in sports or the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
