About the Role
We’re seeking a
Head of Content
to lead our content marketing, creative, and brand storytelling initiatives. This senior leadership role manages a multidisciplinary team of writers, SEO specialists, designers, and creative partners. You’ll develop and execute strategies that drive organic growth, build authority in our category, and create high‑impact resources for enterprise buyers.
The ideal candidate is a creative strategist and data‑driven marketer who can balance storytelling with measurable performance, thriving in a collaborative, product‑led growth (PLG) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of content creators, strategists, and designers to produce high‑quality content across all channels (web, social, email, blog, video, events).
Develop and scale content strategies that fuel inbound demand, organic traffic, and lead generation.
Use analytics, automation, and AI tools to optimize content performance and output.
Serve as a visible thought leader and brand evangelist through speaking engagements, editorial contributions, and social media presence.
Maintain a consistent, compelling voice across all written and visual content.
Build relationships with publishers, influencers, and partners to expand reach and brand authority.
Manage creative agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content.
Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement teams to align messaging with GTM priorities.
Oversee design and copy standards to ensure creative excellence across marketing campaigns and brand assets.
Establish editorial calendars, production goals, and performance metrics for the content team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience
in content marketing or creative leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Proven track record developing and scaling content strategies that drive measurable growth.
Experience managing diverse creative teams, including writers, designers, and external partners.
Strong editorial judgment, storytelling ability, and mastery of written English.
Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, HubSpot) and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
Comfortable analyzing data, optimizing content based on insights, and experimenting with new content formats.
Excellent eye for design, typography, and brand consistency.
Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating creative range and content leadership.
