About the Role
Lead user research with field workers, executives, and other stakeholders to create impactful and user-friendly designs.
Own the design of the company’s brand, website, and platform user experience.
Design innovative timesheet interfaces, project management dashboards, and gamified reward systems for construction workers.
Develop mobile-first, data-driven solutions to improve the efficiency of construction teams in the field.
Who is the Ideal Candidate
4+ years of experience in product design for industrial platforms or enterprise software.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex workflows across multiple devices (wearable, mobile, tablet, web).
Proven experience conducting user research with diverse personas, especially in non-technical industrial environments.
Expertise in designing complex data visualizations and intuitive user interfaces for real-world field environments.
Familiarity with accessibility requirements and designing for challenging work conditions.
