Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing creative agency to find a motivated and skilled Video Production Specialist to join its video team. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller who enjoys hands‑on production work—from shooting to editing—and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. This role involves working closely with senior filmmakers to create cinematic, story‑driven content for businesses, nonprofits, and community brands.
Key Responsibilities
Operate professional cinema cameras (such as Sony FX3, A7S, FX6, A7R) and stabilization gear (e.g., Ronin RS3, Mavic 3 Cine).
Assist senior filmmakers during shoots and post‑production, supporting camera, lighting, and audio tasks.
Capture clean, well‑composed, and properly exposed footage in various environments.
Set up and manage lighting for both studio and on‑location productions.
Record and monitor on‑set audio.
Fly aerial drones in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including color correction, pacing, and basic motion graphics.
Participate in pre‑production planning, including storyboarding and creative brainstorming.
Maintain organized project files and meet production timelines. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure creative alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of professional experience in video production, filming, and editing.
Strong understanding of manual camera operation, including exposure, focus, and composition.
Proficiency with handheld and gimbal camera work.
Proven ability to tell stories through video editing.
FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Bonus Skills:
Photography experience.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or sound editing.
Experience with live streaming setups or production environments.

Schedule
Full‑time, on‑site (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1‑hour lunch break)
Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed (eligible for overtime pay)
