Key Job Responsibilities

Develop an overarching marketing strategy, including TAM, target audiences, market segments, and business opportunities.

Lead product positioning and messaging, pricing, sales forecasting, research & insights, and provide thought leadership to marketing and executive teams.

Own end‑to‑end product marketing for eero’s hardware devices, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on product innovation, GTM strategy, and in‑market performance.

Translate customer and business needs into robust product specifications and marketing activations.

Co‑develop real‑world testing scenarios ahead of launch to validate product claims and messaging.

Continuously seek product enhancements post‑launch to add value to the existing product line.

Analyze competitor offerings and develop sales enablement materials for key audiences.

Serve as a marketing leader throughout the full hardware development lifecycle, interfacing with engineering, product management, and program management.

Support early hardware roadmap concepts by gathering business and customer requirements from cross‑functional teams.

Own pricing strategy, forecast, and financial analysis in partnership with product, sales, finance, and BD teams.

Prepare and communicate detailed presentations on market focus to eero leadership.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.

5+ years of demonstrable product marketing, go‑to‑market, product management, and/or program management experience with hardware or software programs (software experience is a plus).

Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans.

Experience managing time efficiently, meeting goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.

Experience with networking basics through work or education.

Experience with innovation, development, and testing.

Strong verbal and written communication of technical details.

Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.

Experience developing cross‑functional relationships to drive compelling creative executions.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in business administration, economics, engineering, marketing, or related fields.

Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.

Experience working proactively, independently, and meeting deadlines.

Experience driving new business segment or service launches.

Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross‑functional teams.

Understanding of forecasting, planning, and P&L management.

Understanding of B2C and B2B GTM motions.
